Privacy Policy

Overview

AgriPilot (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information AgriPilot handles, how it is handled, and your choices. By using AgriPilot you agree to this policy.

What the app stores

AgriPilot stores the following data locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Work sessions and GPS coverage tracks
• Field outlines and boundary polygons
• Equipment presets (implement width and offset)
• In-app settings and preferences

This data is stored on your Apple device and, if you have iCloud enabled, may be synchronised across your devices via iCloud. We do not operate any server that receives, stores, or processes this data.

Location data

AgriPilot uses your device’s GPS to record your position while you are actively tracking a work session. Location data is used solely to generate coverage maps and session statistics within the app.

Your GPS coordinates are never transmitted to us or any third party. They are stored locally on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account) and are not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the app’s core field-tracking functionality.

iCloud sync

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, AgriPilot uses Apple’s iCloud service to synchronise your data across your Apple devices. This sync is managed entirely by Apple. Your data in iCloud is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device’s Settings.

Subscription processing

AgriPilot is a paid app available via a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. All payment information is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment details.

To manage your subscription entitlement, we use a third-party subscription management service. This service may receive a non-identifying anonymous identifier to verify your subscription status. No personally identifiable information (name, email, payment data) is shared with this service by us.

Analytics

AgriPilot collects anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how the app is used and improve the experience. This data does not include your name, location, field data, or any other personally identifiable information. It is not used for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Because we do not store your data on our servers, we have no data to delete on your behalf. To remove your data entirely, delete the app from your device and, if applicable, remove the associated iCloud data from your iCloud settings. All locally stored data will be erased when the app is deleted.

Children’s privacy

AgriPilot is intended for use by adults operating agricultural equipment. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of AgriPilot after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
