App Store charges, refunds, and subscription cancellations are managed by Apple, but we can point you to the right place if you are unsure where to start.
What to include
Tell us which iPhone or iPad you use, your iOS version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help when the issue is visual.
Please do not send sensitive field records or precise GPS coordinates. AgriPilot keeps that information on your Apple devices, and most questions can be investigated without it.
