Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgriPilot mobile application (“the App”) made available by AgriPilot (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App

AgriPilot is a GPS field coverage tracking tool for farmers and agricultural operators. It is designed to help you record and visualise equipment coverage across fields. The App runs on iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 26 or later.

Safety and liability disclaimer

AgriPilot is a guidance and record-keeping aid only. It is not a substitute for your own judgement, skill, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You remain solely responsible for the safe operation of all machinery and equipment, and for all decisions made in the field.

GPS accuracy can vary due to signal conditions, terrain, and device limitations. AgriPilot makes no warranty that coverage data or guidance lines are accurate enough for any specific agricultural purpose. Do not rely solely on the App to make operational safety decisions.

Subscription and free trial

AgriPilot is available via an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. A 7-day free trial is available to eligible new subscribers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s App Store subscription settings. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for any current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed in future updates. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes in advance where reasonably practicable.

Intellectual property

AgriPilot and all related content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgriPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to crop damage, equipment damage, personal injury, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of AgriPilot after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
